L A - M A R Q U E - A U X - T R O I S - B A N D E S

With the summer months coming to a dreary close, and the start of my new job, I've spent a lot of time working outside of the creative sphere and much less time working on blog posts and scheduling photo shoots. As much as this has bummed me out for the past couple of weeks, it's definitely put in to perspective the amount of time needed to create quality blog posts and conceptualize future shoots.  Beyond the lack of creative juices that have seemingly dried up due to the hell that is the customer service industry, I can say that I've gained a larger appreciation for all the risk takers who skip out on financial security in the hopes of pursing their creative dreams. Come the less scorching autumn months, the best season for fashion (in my humble opinion) and the only livable months in Texas, I hope to focus my energy on blogging and styling and all of the things that make life more interesting. Here are some photos from an old shoot I did with Kelsie Shelton featuring some of my favorite Adidas pieces, all thrifted of course, and paired with a simple lace-detailed skirt.
